The appointment rates are set by our contract with each insurance. Most patients are only responsible for a copay. The copay amount varies for each patient, and is based on the insurance plan you selected. Some insurance plans require a patient to meet their deductible first, but most plans do not. We will verify your benefits with your insurance before your first appointment.

Visit Types

New Patient Comprehensive Evaluation

In this initial evaluation for adults age 18 and older, we will discuss your reasons for seeking an evaluation and create a treatment plan for you, which may include further laboratory or diagnostic testing, medications, psychotherapy.

Follow-up Session

Follow-up sessions are used to follow-up and track your response to treatment after your initial evaluation. During follow-up sessions we will evaluate your response to changes in medication, monitor progress, review test results, and provide supportive therapy.
